Cacao Bliss Balls

1 cup dried figs or dates (soak in hot water for 10 minutes to soften, squeeze water out with your hands)

1/2 cup almonds

1/2 cup walnuts

1/4 cup cacao powder

1/2 teaspoon cacao nibs

1 teaspoon vanilla powder

1/4 teaspoon cinnaman (optional)

1/3 cuporganic shredded coconut

2 tablespoons coconut oil

pinch of sea salt

optional: 1 scoop protein powder. You can boost your cacao balls with added protein, use a clean plant protein. like the chocolate flavor by sprouted living. Use my code: Tamar20

1. First soak the dates or figs in warn water for 10 minutes to soften, then squeeze the water out with your hands and set aside

2. Add the almonds and walnuts to the food proceessor and blitz until a fine crumb is formed

3. Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor. Add dates/figs, coconut, cacao, cinnamon, sea salt, and vanilla. They shoud have a doughy consistency

4. Roll into balls, and sprinkle with you favorite toppings.

5. Enjoy right away with a more doughy consistency or refriderate to let the balls set.
