1 cup dried figs or dates (soak in hot water for 10 minutes to soften, squeeze water out with your hands)

1/2 cup almonds

1/2 cup walnuts

1/4 cup cacao powder

Lets talk Matcha!!! I have a big love for Matcha!!! Matcha is green tea, but has super powers, match is the entire leaf made by grilnding the whole leaf into a fine powder opposed to green tea which the leaves are discarded leaving powerful nutrients behind.

Matcha comes in different grades from high to low. The grades have a vibrant green color. The highest grades are grown and harvested in Japan. Premium or Cerimonial are prefered for its bold flavor, striking color, energy properties, and multiple health benefits.

Matcha is high in ANTIOXIDANTS called catechins, which helps stabalize free radicals, which are compounds that can damage cells and cause chronic disease. Matcha is higher in Catechins then seeping green teal leaves in water, making it a strongI IMMUNITY BOOSTER.

Blue Majik Spirulina Latte

3 oz Hot water

chai rooibos tea

8oz hot coconut, almond, or cashew milk (I like the Malk brand or make my own in almond cow)

1 teaspoon E3 Live Blue Majik

1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder

Laird Superfood functional mushroom creamer

raw honey

Seep tea in hot water, mix in blue majik and add all ingredients into a blender. Enjoy!

Purple Ube Latte Recipe

6 oz almond or coconut milk

8 oz purple sweet potato (bake at 400F for 45 mins)

raw honey

You could buy purple sweet potato powder amd make this much more simple, or

In a blender add the cooked sweet potato, cold milk and blend together until smooth

strain through strainer for finer texture (keep this paste in the refridgerator)

when you”re ready to make the latte, add 1/4 cup of the sweet potato paste to a mug
