1/8 teaspoon vanilla powder
1 scoop of collagen peptides
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 teaspoon of cacao nibs or cacao powder
`1 Tablespoon of almond butter
1 small cacao butter chunk

Cacao is one of the worlds greats superfoods. In ancient Mayan culture it was refered to “The Food of The Gods”. Cacao increases life span, vitality and has amazing anti-aging properties. It increases mood and increases a higher orer of thinking. Cacao contains a powerful antioxidant called POLYPHENOLS, also found in red wine, and tea. Polyphenols help lower LDL cholesterol, while also hepling fight against clumping of blood, while improving blood flow, primarily to the brain. The Phytonutrients in cacao are called FLAVANOLS, flavanols are responsible fo increasing the blood flow.
Research has shown that cacao improves thinking and increases lifespan. The longest living woman in the world, Jeanne Calment, from France and lived until 122 years and 164 days old . She consumed 2.2 pounds of chocolate per week, along with some wine and olive oil.
