The best no-sugar brownie

7 Ingrediet gluten-free, no refined anyting brownies.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups - blanched almond flour

1/2 cup + 2 Tablespoons -unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 cup - melted coconut oil or substitute with Avocado oil

1 1/3 - maple syrup (you can substitute with raw honey)

for Keto: use Monk fruit

4 - large eggs or flax eggs for vegan option

2 tsp - vanilla extract

1 cup - walnuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees:

  1. Line a 8x8 spuare pan with parchment paper.

  2. Combine Dry Ingredients: Whisk together almond flour and cocoa powder until smooth and no clumps

  3. Add wet ingredients: Add coconut oil, maple syrup, eggs, vanilla extract mix together and add into the bowl of dry ingredients, whisk until fully mixed.

  4. Add the optional 1/2 cup of walnuts

  5. prepare to bake: Transfer the raw batter into the prepared lined pan, spread it out evenly using a spatula, sprinkle rest of walnuts on top.

  6. Bake: Bake for 35-40 mins in the pre heated oven, or until toothpick insertion comes clean. Allow brownies to cool for 5 minutes, let cool to room temperature before serving to prevent falling apart.
